Smarters Pro is a player, not your catalogue
People may ask for “IPTV Smarters Pro” or “Smarters Pro” when discussing their setup. Check the exact application and publisher instead of relying only on a similar name or icon. The player does not itself supply your IPTV subscription, channels or films.
The official Smarters Pro website lists versions for supported Android, Apple, TV and desktop platforms. Choose the publisher's link for your platform and read its current requirements. Optional application fees are separate from content access.
Match the version to your device
A touch interface on a phone and a remote-control interface on a television serve different purposes. Check the version intended for your screen. Store availability can depend on country, device model and operating-system version.
Samsung and LG do not share the same app store. At the time of this guide's review, the publisher listed a Samsung version and described LG as coming soon. Check the current publisher page before assuming native LG availability. If the required app is unavailable, ask about another supported player or an appropriate external box.
Before you enter your access details
- Confirm the app came from the official publisher or its verified store listing.
- Check that your trial is active and that you understand the start and expiry time.
- Ask whether your supplied access uses a playlist or a server, username and password.
- Keep the information private; do not post login screenshots in public groups.
A sensible first session
Use the supported login method and copy the details exactly. Let the application load before trying several settings. Start with a live programme, then explore the on-demand content available to your account. Features and menu names may vary between versions.
For films and series, check title search, episode organisation, language and subtitle options where offered. Test controls during an actual programme rather than judging only the catalogue artwork. On a phone, also check how comfortable navigation is in the orientation you normally use.
Test one screen before adding others
Get your main device working first. If your access allows another screen, test it separately and confirm the simultaneous-connection limit before watching on both at once. A multi-platform app does not automatically mean a multi-connection subscription.
Take note of differences between your TV and phone: screen size, network reception and audio equipment can change the experience. A problem on one device is a useful clue, not proof that the entire service has failed.
Where to get help
For trial access, contact us with your model, exact app name and visible error. For an application purchase or publisher-account issue, consult the app publisher's own support. Keep those two kinds of support separate so your question reaches the right place.
Read our general setup guide, compare TiviMate for Android TV, or prepare a WhatsApp trial request with your device details.
