You do not need to know the technical terms. A TV brand and model, or the name of your streaming box, is a useful starting point. If you already use TiviMate or Smarters Pro, tell us which device it is installed on.

- Your device: for example, a Google TV, a particular Fire TV model, a Samsung TV or an Android box.
- Your player: the app name, if you have already installed one.
- Your interests: live football, other sports, films, series, documentaries or specific channels.
- When you can test: a period when you will actually be at home using the screen.
Please do not send your Wi-Fi password, payment-card details or unrelated account passwords. Support needs information about the setup, not access to your private accounts.
How activation works
We first check your device and the trial availability, then explain the player and login method for your setup. Confirm the activation time and expiry with support. Sending a WhatsApp message is a request; it is not an automatic activation or a guarantee of an immediate reply.
Some players use a playlist address, while others accept a server address, username and password. Follow the details supplied for your authorised access and keep them private. Do not mix a playlist address with a different login type.
Make the free trial useful
Start with the television or box you plan to use most often. Try a live programme for long enough to judge playback, then explore a film or series. An evening test is more informative than a quick channel change during a quiet morning if evenings are when you normally watch.

What happens after the trial?
You decide whether to continue. Our listed packages are £19 for 3 months, £35 for 6 months and £49 for 12 months. These are total prices for each period. Ask about the current content, connection allowance, app costs and payment terms before choosing; a separate player licence is not automatically included.
